We encourage all our clients to sign up for our annual maintenance plan to keep their Versa dining furniture or other folding dining tables in top condition for years to come.
We will visit you each year to inspect your furniture, perform essential safety checks, make any adjustments that may be needed, and lubricate all moving parts for smoother operation giving you complete peace of mind.
Our simple and affordable maintenance service guarantees the longevity of your furniture.
Our annual folding table maintenance plan includes:
- Inspection of all mechanical and structural components.
- As part of the annual visit, we carry out the full maintenance service using food-safe lubricants and make any adjustments needed to keep the tables in good working order.
- If you have new staff members, we can carry out on-site training at the same time to ensure safe and correct operation and we supply training videos for any additional staff that may join between annual services at no additional cost.
- On completion of the maintenance and safety checks, we produce a documented record confirming the safety and integrity of the table system which meets your required obligations. We work in compliance with PUWER (The Provision and Use of Work regulations) 1998.
- We also offer reduced costs for non-warranty repairs.
Warranties
All Versa tables are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty, with the length of the warranty varying depending on the product. Tables are guaranteed to be free from defects owing to the original workmanship and materials for the entire length of the warranty, with a no-quibble return and replacement policy.

Every Versa product is built to last, so long as you take care of it. We offer an upgraded lifetime warranty on our Wall Pocket, Benchmark and Hallmark products when you sign up for our service and maintenance plan at the point of purchase.

Maintenance and repair of your existing folding dining tables
As well as supplying our own innovative folding dining products, we also offer a range of other services, including annual maintenance and repair service agreements for the upkeep of existing dining tables from other manufacturers.
As your existing folding dining tables are subjected to continuous use, you will want them to continue to satisfy health and safety regulations.
Are your tables covered legally?
It is your obligation that you have to carry out evidence-based safety and maintenance checks for PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998) and your public liability insurance. Annual checks are required to make sure that the table systems are operating correctly and safely, and that a dated record detailing the checks must be kept to ensure compliance.
Maintenance and repair services
With our annual dining furniture maintenance plan, we will maintain your existing tables throughout their life and can supply and fit replacement stools, feet, tabletops, spring mechanisms and castors, as necessary, to keep your table seating units in optimum condition.

Our services also cover the national repair and maintenance for tables and furniture supplied by other folding dining furniture manufacturers.
